Nice! Sweet potato anything is wonderful. My grandmother made a combination soup of sweet potato and peanuts. Yum deluxe.

I once had sweet potatoes boiled in rice in Taiwan.. apparently on poorer times the expensive rice was diluted with inexpensive sweet-potatoes.. but it was absolutely delicious.

Sweet potato soup can be a versatile offering. Used to have them with various combinations and most of them worked. Truly said Mark!
